About The Role :

• Conduct process trainings for codingspecialists.
• Floor support to coders during transitions to ensure quality standard maintenance during ramp-upperiod.
• Conduct focused trainings for quality improvement based on errorfindings.
• Publish monthly articles/updates on Healthcare regularly for enhancing coders knowledge andexpertise.
• Ensuretimelycompletion of onboarding compliance trainings for new hires as per Global and clientrequirement.
• Toparticipatein client calls,meeting,and KT sessions as per requirement
• Lead training sessions on current updates in the medical coding field for US based healthcaresystems.
• Training coders on US health care systems its updates as per protocol
• To create presentations, develops learning material, handbook, and other required training materials.

Job Specification

• In-depth knowledge of coding process, coding system software, workflow management.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology, body systems/anatomy, physiology, and concepts of disease processes.
• Must have Coding Certification like CPC / CCS / COC / AHIMA.
• Any Graduate with minimum 3 years of IPDRG experience in medical coding
• Good to have training / coaching / mentoring experience.
• Good communicationand presentation skills
