Job Description
- Minimum qualification is HSC and above with a percentage of minimum 45% marks
- Should have at least 1 year of experience in the role being offered
- Final round of interview to be taken by the Client team
- Develop a schedule to assess training needs regularly
- Consult & collaborate with other trainers, managers, and leadership
- Track and compile collected data
- Conceptualize training materials
- Communicate training needs + Refresher trainings based on TNI/BQM
- Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
- Test and review created materials
- Maintain a database of all the training materials
