Job Description
• Undergo structured training to understand the company's service standards, culture, and best practices in customer service.
• Interact with customers through multiple channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person to address inquiries, issues, and requests.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns by providing appropriate solutions and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Follow service excellence guidelines to maintain high-quality interactions that meet or exceed organizational standards.
• Collect and document customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and support continuous enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for reporting and tracking purposes.
• Continuously develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service techniques through learning and practice.
• Support the team in achieving customer retention goals and contributing to a positive service culture.
