Job Description

- Training Program:Participate in a formal training program that includes classroom instruction and practical training in blood bank operations
- Attend training sessions and workshops to learn about blood collection, processing, and testing procedures
- Blood Collection:Learn and assist in blood collection procedures, including venipuncture and donor interviewing
- Gain knowledge of blood donation processes, donor eligibility criteria, and infection control practices
- Laboratory Testing:Assist in laboratory testing procedures, including blood typing, cross-matching, and disease screening
