RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in direct sales and marketing activities for residential and commercial projects.
• Engage with customers to understand their requirements and present suitable property options.
• Learn and apply sales pitching & objection handling techniques
• Support in executing marketing campaigns (offline and digital)
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitorsu2019 strategies
• Represent Adissia at events, exhibitions, and customer interactions

• MBA / BBA graduates or students specializing in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Strong interest in real estate sales and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Passion for sales, negotiation, and achieving targets
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges.
