Trade/Reconciliation/ Settlement/ Confirmation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Trade/Reconciliation/Settlement/Confirmation specialist. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in the financial services industry, focusing on trade processing and reconciliation, ensuring that all transactions are accurately executed and settled.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm trade transactions in a timely manner.
• Reconcile discrepancies between trade data and reports from counterparties.
• Ensure accurate settlement of trades and manage cash flows accordingly.
• Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports on trade activity.
• Communicate with internal teams and external parties to resolve trade issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconciliations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Understanding of trade lifecycle processes and settlements in financial markets.
