Trade Tester– Intermediate

Location: Mumbai (Mindspace Paradigm, Goregaon West)

Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST

Work Mode: 5 Days Work from Office

Education Qualification: Finance Graduate (Preferred)

Interview Rounds: Minimum 2 (Virtual/In-person)

Domain: BFSI / Investment Banking

Mandatory Skills:

Chatbot, Investment Banking Experience Required

Strong Manual Testing experience

Knowledge of Trade Lifecycle (Mutual Funds / Hedge Funds preferred)

Exposure to Jira Dashboards

Defect management, priority calls & test execution

Primary Skills Required:

End-to-end manual testing (test planning, scripting, execution)

Strong understanding of financial products and trade lifecycle

Experience in defect tracking, triaging, and resolution

Hands-on experience with Jira dashboards and test management tools

Good stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to work as an individual contributor

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

Hedge Fund / Mutual Fund domain knowledge

Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, Alteryx, or UiPath

Understanding of reconciliation, payments, or trade processing

Basic data analysis and reporting skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing including test case design, execution, and reporting

Analyze business requirements and convert them into test scenarios

Validate trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, processing, and settlement

Identify, log, and track defects; participate in defect triage calls

Collaborate with business and technology teams for issue resolution

Use Jira dashboards for tracking progress and reporting status

Ensure quality assurance standards are met across deliverables

Support data analysis, reporting, and research activities related to financial operations

Qualifications:

3–6 years of experience in manual testing within financial services

Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, mutual funds, or hedge funds

Experience with Jira or similar test management tools

Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
