Trade Support Associate

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Prime Brokerage (PB) Operations team. The role primarily involves Trade Support, Reconciliation, and Trade Settlement activities within the Fixed Income domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily trade support functions for fixed-income products.
• Conduct break investigation and reconciliation across internal and external systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely trade settlement as per market deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, brokers, custodians, and counterparties to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and adhere to operational controls and compliance standards.
• Support process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in PB Operations, Trade Support, Reconciliation, or Trade Settlement.
• Understanding of Fixed Income markets and trade lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Ability to work in early-morning shifts.
