Trade Operations/ Settlements/Corporate Actions/Trade Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Process manual bookings for Stocks, Bonds, IPOs, and Ad-hoc margin lending
• Monitor and resolve trade exceptions, suspense accounts, and error reports
• Execute daily run sheets, morning reports, and end-of-day reconciliations
• Liaise with Offshore Financial Advisers, Operations, and Risk teams as required
• Maintain system accuracy across internal systems and exchange-related vendor systems (IRESS / OMGEO / CTM)
• Handle Corporate Action Reporting
• Manage monthly processing for Financial Advisor Fees into the system
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and escalation protocols

Key Competencies / Skills:

• High accuracy in data entry and validation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve booking errors
• Experience in wealth management operations, corporate action, or trade support is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex procedures
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Capable of task prioritization during high-volume periods (e.g., month-end, trade cut-offs)
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial operations or trade processing
