TPM For Sustainability & Climate

MSCI Services is looking for an experienced TPM For Sustainability & Climate to lead the execution of our comprehensive sustainability and climate strategy. This role is key to ensuring alignment with company goals and overseeing the implementation of sustainability and climate initiatives across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to drive projects and ensure timely delivery with high quality.
• Ensure roadmaps and action plans are in place to mitigate risks, and that projects are run with a commercial and client-centric approach.
• Establish structures and processes to follow up on the execution of roadmaps and action plans, and report on status to senior management. Drive automation of reporting and Jira updates.
• Find effective solutions alongside the business and shared services to meet client needs around regulation and investment decisions.
• Stay up-to-date about future trends, market requirements, regulations, AI, and best AI practices to drive efficiency, scale, and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Domain knowledge of Sustainability & Climate.
• Technical / Data background is preferable.
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage risks.
