Job Description

The Tour Executive will manage domestic and international travel packages, coordinate bookings, handle customer inquiries, and ensure smooth operations for both individual (FIT) and group (GIT) tours. The role also involves leading a team, maintaining customer satisfaction, and negotiating with service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package Tour Management: Handle International & Domestic package tours including FIT/GIT, custom and non-custom itineraries.
  • Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate with hotels and transport providers to secure best rates and services.
  • Customer Interaction: Attend to customer inquiries via in-person meetings, email, or telephone, and follow up effectively.
  • Independent Handling: Manage package tours independently, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Documentation: Possess basic knowledge of International & Domestic air ticketing using CRS systems (Abacus/Galileo) and visa documentation for various countries.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of more than 10 staff members while maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Personality & Relations: Maintain a pleasing personality and cordial relations with both staff and customers.
  • Computer Proficiency: Be computer-savvy to manage bookings, records, and reporting efficiently.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Diploma in Travel and Tourism / IATA certification is an advantage.
