Tool & Fixture Design Engineer

• B.E Mechanical with 4+ years of hands on experience in concept and design of machining fixture and Gauge Inspection fixtures designing using Creo CAD Tool

 • Good understanding of various Manufacturing processes, Resting, locating & Clamping principles.

 •Good in GD&T and Drafting.

 • Knowledge on PDM, Windchill, 

• Materials used for Fixture design, welding symbol & Heat treatment process. 

• Knowledge for Limit Fit & Tolerances, Geometric tolerances. • Ability to read and interpret product drawings and prints.

 • Large assembly tolerance stack analysis. 

• Good communication and ability execute project independently.
