  • Lead Handling: Experience with digital response-based lead handling is preferable.
  • Customer Communication: Engage with customers and prospective customers courteously over the phone to introduce the company's products and services.
  • Lead Generation: Make calls to potential customers, persuading them to purchase the company's offerings and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team to follow up on.
  • Script Adherence: Follow the provided tele-calling script to ensure consistent communication and messaging.
  • Accurate Documentation: Accurately record and maintain details of all customer interactions in the specified format.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Technical Proficiency: Have basic computer knowledge or proficiency with mobile applications to manage customer data and tools.

  • Telemarketing Supervisor

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
  • Language Proficiency: Required based on regional language needs, not based on education level.
  • Experience: 1 year or freshers with a good communication background.
