Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Full Search and Developer Deed Search using relevant applications.
- Examine search packages and verify the chain of title.
- Verify all open lines, judgments, and ancillary documents.
- Review the veracity of documents from a title perspective.
- Generate Title reports in client applications and upload additional documents as required.
- Conduct Tax Calling to acquire property tax information from assessors/collector offices.
- Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Work night shifts and extended periods/weekends when necessary.
- Communicate effectively in English and use MS Office tools for documentation.
