Ticketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Utilize GDS systems such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus to manage airline bookings.
• Make and confirm airline reservations for domestic and international travel.
• Answer passenger queries regarding travel arrangements, routes, and schedules.
• Calculate travel expenses and sell tickets to passengers.
• Make additional arrangements, including car bookings, if required.
• Re-book tickets and other arrangements if passengers change their schedules.
• Use computer systems to speed up ticketing and reservation processes.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with IATA certification.
• Strong knowledge of airline codes and operations.
• Proficiency in GDS systems such as Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus.
• Ability to manage domestic and international bookings efficiently.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reservation and ticketing processes.
• Customer-focused with the ability to answer queries and provide solutions.
