The Desktop Engineer - SSCM & Intune

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incidents, tasks, and requests related to SCCM image deployment.
• Develop and maintain standard procedures for building, packaging, and deploying application software across all devices.
• Support both 'push' deployment and end-user self-service deployment models.
• Create and maintain documentation for core software image build and deployment processes using task sequences.
• Utilize SCCM and Intune to maintain compliance with software packaging, deployment, and management policies.
• Build new software images for deployment to various devices.
• Test image deployments for supported devices and validate functionality.
• Conduct end-user testing of deployed software to ensure it meets approved specifications.
• Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure standards and best practices.
