Testing Subject Matter Expert

We are seeking a Testing Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep expertise in end-to-end testing of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD365), and ServiceNow platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in test automation (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UFT), test strategy, and delivery management. Involvement in presales solutioning, RFP responses, and Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) initiatives is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional, integration, and regression testing across CRM and ITSM platforms.
• Design and implement automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide test strategy, estimation, and risk mitigation plans.
• Support presales with testing solutions and presentations.
• Ensure high-quality test delivery for medium to large-scale projects.
