Testing - Performance And Capacity Management

We are seeking a skilled Performance and Capacity Management Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance and scalability of our systems through comprehensive testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and ensure optimal system performance.
• Analyze test results, prepare reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot performance issues and suggest improvements.
• Implement capacity planning and management strategies to ensure systems can handle expected loads.
• Monitor system performance metrics and make recommendations for tuning and optimization.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in performance testing and capacity management.
• Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar.
• Strong understanding of web applications, databases, and server architectures.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, Shell, or Java for test automation.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
