Job Description

  • Responsible for timely completion of Installation and commissioning. Develop customer
  • relationships for long term engagements. Concentrate on Growth and Profitability to the organization.
  • Servicing and Installation of Material testing machines Like Universal testing machine, Hardness
  • Testing machine etc.
  • Assist sales team for pre-sales technical and product demonstrations.
  • Assist the team to ensure on-time product/solution delivery to the customers.
  • Thorough with the product/system specifications and its applications, Operation and Repair
  • Develop a working knowledge of the market trends; demand and competition
  • Book AMC and Spare orders from the customers and involved in the complete documentation for process
  • Update knowledge in accordance to the latest technology in the market and NABL
  • Focus on spares/AMC selling and profitability of the organization
  • Timely Collection of payments and keep an eye on the dues from the customers
  • Interact with Principals for solving the problems
  • Responsible for timely booking the orders and Maintaining the data related to AMC and customer base.

  • Should know about technical specifications and functioning of the product. .
  • Prefer to have clear knowledge about and use of computers
  • Must be technically sound on Basics of electronics, and basics of networking.
  • Should be able to provide onsite support to customer for emergency calls
  • Telephonic and email support towards reported calls
