Territory Service Engineer

• Install, maintain, and provide basic operational training for IVD instruments (Hematology, Chemistry, Immunoassay).

• Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Modifications (MODs) and resolve breakdowns independently or with expert support.

• Adhere to field service policies, procedures, and standards.

• Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely on-site support.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot networking and interface-related issues; use MS Office and MS Teams for documentation and reporting.
