Job Description
KEY PURPOSE
- Responsible for distribution and display of General Mills India products in the assigned area.
- Achieve retailing volume and collection targets through effective distributor management.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure GMI products are sold to all relevant outlets in the territory.
- Ensure distribution and availability of all products in targeted outlets; identify new distributors.
- Ensure product visibility in all serviced outlets.
- Manage WB (Wholesaler/Distributor): ensure SKU availability, stock levels, claims, and outstanding as per norms.
- Manage DSMs: ensure compliance with productivity and visibility norms; train on selling skills and product knowledge.
- Monitor and report competitor activities.
- Share ideas for local branding, promotions, and display contests.
