Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve budgeted sales revenue in the assigned territory by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Grow and sustain key accounts while developing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Plan regular visits to key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to explore new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the assigned territory to inform sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute tender-related sales, including pricing decisions and product alignment with tender specifications.
  • Manage execution of orders through channel partners and ensure timely receivables for the organization.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional and marketing activities.
  • Represent the company at conferences, CMEs, and trade exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in territory sales, key account management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, tender processes, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing and sales initiatives effectively.
  • Result-driven and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
