Job Description

  • Organize and plan regular sales visits within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate and present products to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products and build brand awareness.
  • Review and analyze sales performance to achieve targets and improve strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages with customers and distributors.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in FMCG sales, marketing, or territory sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of modern trade, general trade, and retail sales channels.
  • Ability to manage and grow a distribution network.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a target-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
