Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit opticians and accessories stores with product samples to generate orders.
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets through dealers and distributors.
- Conduct sales events and roadshows to showcase products and drive orders.
- Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and proper channelization.
- Collect payments from distributors and dealers; ensure no overdue payments.
- Suggest plans to liquidate obsolete stocks at distributors and key dealers.
- Implement company schemes, promotions, and brand plans in the market.
- Ensure distributor claims are submitted and cleared on time.
- Identify new store prospects and expand Luxottica brand presence.
- Explore new towns and develop business opportunities in the territory.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
