Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Profitability & Target Achievement: Maintain and optimize the profitability of Salaried Units within the designated territory.
- Monitor and achieve challenging sales targets in terms of both numbers and volumes.
- Achieve contributed value targets set for the Salaried Units.
- Sales & Underwriting Quality: Ensure robust sales volumes for multiple personal loan products.
- Maintain high standards of sourcing quality and underwriting diligence to meet sales targets.
- Implement strategies to control delinquencies and prevent fraud.
- Minimize pre and post disbursal discrepancies.
- Customer Experience & Service: Ensure a superior customer experience for all clients.
- Efficiently handle customer service issues, including collections, pre-closures, and general service inquiries.
- Performance Monitoring & Team Management: Proactively monitor the overall performance of the Salaried Units.
- Focus on employee retention initiatives within the team.
- Drive and enhance employee productivity.
