Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profitability & Target Achievement: Maintain and optimize the profitability of Salaried Units within the designated territory.
  • Monitor and achieve challenging sales targets in terms of both numbers and volumes.
  • Achieve contributed value targets set for the Salaried Units.
  • Sales & Underwriting Quality: Ensure robust sales volumes for multiple personal loan products.
  • Maintain high standards of sourcing quality and underwriting diligence to meet sales targets.
  • Implement strategies to control delinquencies and prevent fraud.
  • Minimize pre and post disbursal discrepancies.
  • Customer Experience & Service: Ensure a superior customer experience for all clients.
  • Efficiently handle customer service issues, including collections, pre-closures, and general service inquiries.
  • Performance Monitoring & Team Management: Proactively monitor the overall performance of the Salaried Units.
  • Focus on employee retention initiatives within the team.
  • Drive and enhance employee productivity.

  • Strong understanding of personal loan products and the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability.
