Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales

  • Manage the services portfolio to generate business value.
  • Improve booked site numbers and lead-to-conversion value while boosting customer referrals.
  • Drive on-ground awareness of services through BTL activations and local initiatives.
  • Analyse average site value, paintable area, and site type ratio to create improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with ASM for sales-level initiatives and ensure 35% local lead generation.

Service Delivery

  • Deliver a seamless end-to-end consumer painting experience.
  • Conduct site evaluations and audits on pre-painting and WIP sites (minimum 30% of booked sites).
  • Share regular audit reports with action plans by the 5th of each month.
  • Monitor and improve NPS scores through awareness and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure all SOPs and policies are followed across units and sites.
  • Audit 20 WIP sites per month per CSO in a single unit.

Complaint Management

  • Manage the complaints team to ensure timely investigation and resolution.
  • Coordinate with HO and helpline for consistent complaint logging and follow-up.
  • Track all complaints daily and close them within defined SLAs.
  • Conduct site visits for unresolved issues and report consolidated actions monthly to ASM.

Asset Management

  • Maintain inventory of tools, implements, and painting materials.
  • Ensure use of cleaning kits and plastic films at all customer sites.
  • Ensure safety gear is used on all exterior sites and maintain re-order levels.
  • Monitor the condition of tools like sanders, rollers, vacuum cleaners and report monthly.
  • Check usage of moisture meters, distance meters, and report deviations.
  • Oversee proper and timely paint material delivery to customer sites.

Training

  • Monitor and update training for painters and teams monthly.
  • Maintain and regularly update the training tracker, incorporating audit insights.
  • Implement new training modules shared by the training team.

Service Provider, Painter Cells & Dealer Management

  • Recruit and onboard Painter Cells as per demand.
  • Conduct induction and performance evaluations regularly.
  • Review Painter Cell performance monthly and quarterly.

Team Management

  • Recruit and train team members in line with service goals and roadmaps.
  • Drive team development through training, performance tracking, and people management initiatives.
