Territory Manager-Gold Loan

Role & Responsibilities:

• Conduct competition mapping and provide updates to the central product team on competitor product propositions.
• Plan and execute branch-level promotional (BTL) activities to create visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Monitor and review lead conversion from each promotional activity to optimize results.
• Recruit Sales Managers and Sales Officers; ensure their productivity meets organizational targets.
• Maintain cost of customer acquisition within prescribed norms.
• Achieve branch direct sales targets, including loan disbursement and outstanding portfolio growth.
• Build a healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan business.
• Monitor collections and recoveries, ensuring delinquency remains below permissible limits
