Territory Manager-Gold Loan

We are looking for a Territory Manager – Gold Loan to lead and manage multiple branches within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving gold loan business, ensuring compliance, leading branch teams, and achieving growth targets. This role requires a strong understanding of gold loan operations and local market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive gold loan business across assigned branches within the territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Monitor branch performance and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Ensure proper gold valuation, documentation, and security procedures are followed.
• Train and guide branch staff on gold loan processes and customer handling.
• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
• Report business updates to regional leadership on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in gold loan operations or retail lending.
• Proven track record of team handling and business growth.
