Designation: Territory Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing dealer networks, and leading a field sales team within an assigned territory. The role requires strong experience in the two-wheeler finance ecosystem, along with team handling and dealer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance for the assigned territory
  • Lead and manage a team of 10–15 field sales executives
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and team productivity
  • Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners
  • Build and maintain strong dealer relationships
  • Increase product penetration and market share
  • Ensure process compliance in sourcing and portfolio building
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
  • Conduct regular showroom visits and engage with sales staff
  • Monitor team performance and support in deal closures
  • Track and ensure closure of PDD (Post Disbursement Documents)
  • Work with collections team to manage early delinquency cases
  • Capture and report market intelligence and competitor insights
  • Escalate field-level concerns to the leadership team

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 4+ years of total experience
  • 100% experience in Two-Wheeler Finance / Sales
  • At least 2+ years of team handling experience
  • Strong experience in dealer/channel management
  • No cross-selling experience required
