Designation: Territory Manager

Role Overview
The Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing dealer networks, and leading a field sales team within an assigned territory. The role requires strong experience in the two-wheeler finance ecosystem, along with team handling and dealer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance for the assigned territory
- Lead and manage a team of 10–15 field sales executives
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and team productivity
- Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners
- Build and maintain strong dealer relationships
- Increase product penetration and market share
- Ensure process compliance in sourcing and portfolio building
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Conduct regular showroom visits and engage with sales staff
- Monitor team performance and support in deal closures
- Track and ensure closure of PDD (Post Disbursement Documents)
- Work with collections team to manage early delinquency cases
- Capture and report market intelligence and competitor insights
- Escalate field-level concerns to the leadership team
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4+ years of total experience
- 100% experience in Two-Wheeler Finance / Sales
- At least 2+ years of team handling experience
- Strong experience in dealer/channel management
- No cross-selling experience required
