Job Description

  • Achieve budgeted sales revenue in the assigned territory.
  • Grow and sustain relationships with key accounts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Assist surgeons in the OT during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Plan regular visits to key accounts and develop strategies to explore new business prospects.
  • Monitor competitor activities in the assigned territory and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Plan and execute tender-related sales, including pricing and product selection based on tender specifications.
  • Ensure timely execution of orders through channel partners and manage receivables.
  • Maintain accuracy in inventory forecasting.
  • Coordinate and execute marketing activities in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Represent the company at conferences, CMEs, and trade exhibitions.
