Job Description

  • Achieve the budgeted sales revenue within the assigned territory.
  • Grow and sustain key accounts through regular engagement and relationship management.
  • Assist surgeons in operation theatres during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Conduct regular visits to key accounts and KOLs, implementing strategies to explore new business opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share insights from the assigned territory.
  • Plan and execute tender-based sales, including pricing decisions and product alignment with tender specifications.
  • Ensure timely execution of orders through channel partners and maintain timely receivables for the organization.
  • Maintain accuracy in inventory forecasting to meet market requirements.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities.
  • Represent the company at conferences, CMEs, and trade exhibitions.
