Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, train, and continuously motivate a team of Sales Managers and/or Sales Officers to achieve business targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance individual and team productivity.
- Foster a positive and results-driven team environment.
- Business Development & Portfolio Management: Develop and execute strategies to identify and penetrate potential market areas for business sourcing.
- Responsible for building and maintaining a healthy and profitable business portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Sales Productivity & Performance: Ensure the consistent productivity of the sales team, guiding them to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Customer Experience & Service: Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales and service lifecycle.
- Oversee and actively manage customer service concerns, including collections, prepayments, and other service-related inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collections & Recovery Management: Keep track of collections and recovery efforts, ensuring that delinquency rates remain below permissible limits.
- Implement strategies to minimize bad debt and optimize recovery processes.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent recruitment, training, and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of the local market and customer dynamics.
