Job Description

Branch Sales Planning & Management

  • Collaborate with Circle Head (Sales) to devise branch sales plans and team strategies aligned with market and competitive dynamics.
  • Cascade sales plans and targets to branch teams and monitor performance.
  • Oversee all branch operations including sourcing, governance, productivity, and channel management.
  • Track and report sales operations, productivity metrics, and drive a high-performance sales culture.
  • Manage day-to-day branch administration and operations.
  • Compile and review MIS reports on disbursements, profitability, NPAs, and market expansion for senior management.

Customer Acquisition & Engagement

  • Identify local business growth opportunities and drive new customer acquisition to build targeted portfolios.
  • Support team in handling complex transactions ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate sales targets, product USPs, and role expectations to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor complaint escalation and resolution processes ensuring timely closure.
  • Implement customer satisfaction initiatives based on NPS feedback and approved sales solutions.
  • Act as escalation point for key customer grievances.

Operational Effectiveness

  • Drive adoption of efficient processes across customer lifecycle including sourcing, approval, servicing, and collections.
  • Manage distribution across channels and coordinate with critical partners.
  • Enhance process efficiency and reduce turnaround times through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support business growth through monitoring sales productivity and providing guidance.
  • Implement best practices to improve overall operational productivity and impact.

Cross-Selling Initiatives

  • Lead team activities aligned with the cross-selling strategy defined by Circle Head (Sales).
  • Facilitate communication, training, and guidance to ensure cross-selling alignment and effectiveness.

Team & Internal Stakeholder Management

  • Guide and mentor team members to improve customer acquisition and sales performance.
  • Nominate and support team participation in technical and behavioral training programs.
  • Foster smooth cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Portfolio & Risk Management

  • Partner with Risk, Operations, and Sales Governance teams to ensure compliance with risk controls and operational procedures.
  • Support credit approval and loan sanctioning processes maintaining controlled operations.
  • Analyze financial risk using MIS and analytics reports.
  • Drive compliant sales operations, timely collections, and PDD closures.
  • Review client account reports and assist in managing delinquency and NPA risks.
  • Train teams on early alert strategies and ensure systematic MIS on portfolio quality and credit trends.
