Territory Customer Support Engineer

• Install and maintain instruments and systems in laboratory environments, ensuring proper operational functionality.

• Deliver basic operational training at installation and provide effective product and customer support.

• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Modifications (MODs) planning in a timely manner to avoid downtime.

• Troubleshoot product issues and seek expert support when necessary to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Maintain accurate reporting of activities and ensure recommended spare parts are stocked appropriately.

• Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, specifically with directly assigned accounts.

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and achieve client satisfaction.
