The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities within the assigned territory in India. This role requires a seasoned professional who can develop strategic plans, build strong client relationships, and lead a team to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business strategies.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and preferences.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field.
  • 13-18 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the FMCG or pharmaceuticals sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
