Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Evolve temple relationships into enduring, purpose-driven partnerships. Co-create Strategic Partnership Plans with key temple stakeholders, clearly outlining shared goals and identifying synergy opportunities.
  • Relationship Management & Growth: Lead periodic Alignment & Impact Reviews to reflect on recent engagement and establish next-stage priorities that enhance devotee experience and temple reach.
  • Proactive Relationship Health: Safeguard relationship health by tracking early signals of disengagement, conducting root-cause analyses, and mobilizing swift support to address any issues.
  • On-the-Ground Engagement & Problem Solving: Maintain regular on-site and virtual touchpoints with temple key stakeholders to identify day-to-day blockers. Convert these insights into swift tactical unlocks by rallying internal teams across Category, Operations, Product, Marketing, and CX.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact, identifying and sharing crucial insights with cross-functional teams to deliver more value to temples.

About you :

  • A strategic operator with 6-12 years of experience scaling partnerships or customer success, ideally within B2B or SaaS companies.
  • Someone with a big-picture vision who can create long-term roadmaps, yet remains boots-on-the-ground to identify tactical or operational blockers and mobilize internal teams for necessary interventions.
  • A cross-functional catalyst adept at identifying and sharing insights with teams such as Product, CX, Category, and Operations to enhance value delivery to temples.
  • Culturally fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus). You are deeply respectful of temple protocols and willing to immerse yourself in learning about Hindu rituals and building trust with temple stakeholders.
  • Data-savvy, you enjoy field travel and skillfully wield metrics to prioritize initiatives, persuade stakeholders, and showcase impact.
