Roles and Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer queries and providing information professionally.
• Maintain a positive and confident demeanor on all calls.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
• Document all call details accurately in the system.
• Work towards achieving daily and monthly call and sales targets.

Skills Required
