Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff members promptly and courteously.
  • Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.
  • Create, format, and modify documents, reports, and presentations using Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain organized records of documents, correspondence, and office materials.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as required, including scheduling and coordination tasks.
  • Ensure smooth office operations by responding to queries and supporting internal staff needs.
