Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and transfer them to the appropriate staff members promptly and courteously.
- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and guests, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.
- Create, format, and modify documents, reports, and presentations using Google Apps (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized records of documents, correspondence, and office materials.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required, including scheduling and coordination tasks.
- Ensure smooth office operations by responding to queries and supporting internal staff needs.
