Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calling and other assigned channels to support the sales pipeline.
- Acquire personal leads and referrals to complement daily sales calling activities and improve conversion rates.
- Perform consistent lead generation calls each day, ensuring targets and productivity benchmarks are met.
- Utilize various lead sources provided by the company—such as databases, referrals, digital sources, and previous customer lists—to drive phone-based sales.
- Follow the provided sales script for every call using the AIDA methodology (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) to maximize engagement and conversion.
- Collect referrals during each sales call to expand the lead network and increase potential customer reach.
- Participate in team activities that celebrate daily new sales achievements to encourage motivation, collaboration, and positive team culture.
