Job Description

We are actively seeking a highly experienced and driven Telesales Manager to join our client's team through Acme Services. This pivotal role requires a hardcore telesales background, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in insurance sales (Health/Motor/Life). The ideal candidate will be responsible for seamless operations, timely SLA delivery, achieving B2C sales targets, and managing team performance, including coaching and mentoring. You'll need to demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage shrinkage and attrition effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telesales Leadership & Sales Management: Bring a hardcore Telesales background, ideally from any product sales, with a preference for Insurance Sales (Health/Motor/Life). Directly responsible for managing day-to-day Sales targets (B2C Sales) and ensuring their achievement.
  • Operational Management: Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and ensuring timely SLA (Service Level Agreement) delivery, while simultaneously maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish & Manage Relationships / Engagement with the Clients, fostering strong, productive partnerships.
  • Team Development & Supervision:
  • Coach & mentor Team Leads so they are better equipped to manage their teams.
  • Conduct field visits with the team to provide hands-on support and insights.
  • Monitor and document work schedules of staff and absences, ensuring operational continuity.
  • Involved in Managing & measuring work performance across the team.
  • Attrition & Shrinkage Management: Possess a clear understanding of Shrinkage/Attrition & know how to manage Shrinkage/Attrition effectively to maintain optimal team strength.
  • Performance & Reporting: Exhibit strong external and management reporting skills, providing clear and concise updates on sales performance and operational metrics.
  • Pressure Handling: Demonstrate a strong ability to handle sales pressure and maintain performance under demanding circumstances.

Skills

  • Hardcore Telesales background (Insurance sales preferred).
  • Experience in managing seamless operations and timely SLA delivery.
  • Proven ability to maintain high employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong experience in Insurance Sales (Health/Motor/Life) is preferred.
  • Ability to establish & manage client relationships and engagement.
  • Experience in managing day-to-day B2C Sales targets.
  • Capable of doing field visits with the team.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and documenting staff work schedules and absences.
  • Skilled at coaching & mentoring Team Leads.
  • Competence in managing & measuring work performance.
  • Strong ability to handle sales pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Strong external and management reporting skills.
  • Good understanding of Shrinkage/Attrition and knowledge of how to manage it.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or a similar leadership role in a high-volume sales environment.
  • Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and managing operational efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
