Telesales Experience: Should have a hardcore telesales background and could have been selling any product. Insurance background (Health/Motor/Life) is preferred.
Operations Management: Responsible for managing operations seamlessly and ensuring timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and customer satisfaction.
Sales Management: Responsible for Insurance Sales (Health/Motor/Life) - preferred experience.
Client Relationships: Establish and manage relationships/engagement with clients.
Sales Targets: Manage day-to-day sales targets in a B2C Sales environment.
Field Visits: Conduct field visits with the team to ensure smooth operations and team support.
Staff Monitoring: Monitor and document work schedules of staff and absences.
Team Coaching & Mentoring: Coach and mentor Team Leads to help them better manage their teams.
Work Management: Manage and measure team performance and work quality.
Sales Pressure Management: Ability to handle sales pressure effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Reporting Skills: Strong external and management reporting skills.
