Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telesales, demonstrating a strong ability to sell products and services over the phone while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals generated from various sources.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
