Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in telesales, demonstrating a strong ability to sell products and services over the phone while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated from various sources.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
