Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Outreach: Call existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
  • Order Management: Accurately record details of customer purchase orders and process purchases accordingly.
  • Lead Generation: Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, ensuring existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and sustain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Sales Execution: Use company-provided sales scripts to drive sales and respond effectively to customer objections or rejections.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth understanding of company products and services to provide suitable recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Performance Targets: Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets regarding call volume and sales.
