Telemarketing Manager
Job Description
‑Handle and manage the telesales team, including setting up infrastructure and processes.
‑Manage data, leads bifurcation, and perform lead analysis including visit percentage, conversion rate, and lead vs. enquiry percentage.
‑Provide accurate feedback and advice with data to support marketing campaigns.
‑Coordinate with marketing campaigns and help drive project outreach.
‑Maintain and build a powerful brand image through excellent communication, effective follow‑ups, and customer education about company projects.
‑Interact with customers to understand requirements and propose suitable company products.
‑Provide detailed information to customers in person, over phone, or by email.
‑Generate weekly reports and data analysis for performance tracking.
‑Train and monitor telesales executives to improve productivity and effectiveness.
‑Assist in recruiting telesales executives to build and strengthen the team.
‑Set up new data management systems, recording systems, and customer follow‑up processes.
