• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on enquiries and database

• Understand student requirements and guide them to appropriate courses

• Explain eligibility criteria, course structure, course details, and admission procedures

• Maintain good telephone etiquette

• Learn to question effectively and listen patiently

• Follow up daily calls to maintain strong student relationships

• Maintain and update the student database
