Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and database research to generate sales leads.
- Customer Outreach: Make outbound calls to prospects, explain product/service offerings, and promote new campaigns.
- Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing customers to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in setting appointments, closing deals, and meeting sales targets.
- Customer Relationship: Build rapport with clients, address queries, provide information, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions, update CRM systems, and maintain detailed logs of calls, feedback, and sales progress.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on call outcomes, lead status, and campaign performance for management review.
- Market Feedback: Collect and report customer insights, preferences, and competitor information to assist in strategy formulation.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–6 years in telemarketing, B2B/B2C sales, or inside sales roles.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software, MS Office, and telecommunication tools.
- Target-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
