Telecom Engineer

Responsibiliies:

Telecommunication System Management

• Design, install, and troubleshoot telecommunication systems to ensure efficient and reliable communication across the organization
• Perform regular system checks to maintain optimal functionality and prevent downtime

Network Switching & Configuration

• Work with complex network switching systems and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure
• Configure network systems to support smooth and secure data transmission aligned with organizational requirements

Equipment & Infrastructure Oversight

• Oversee installation, maintenance, and upgrades of telecom equipment including hardware, software, and networking components
• Monitor the performance of existing systems and recommend improvements or replacements as needed

Technical Issue Resolution

• Evaluate and diagnose technical issues related to computers, servers, networks, and voice systems
• Provide timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions and ensure uninterrupted communication services
