Telecalling / CRM Executive - Real Estate
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Contact potential customers from company-provided leads through calls and follow-ups
• Explain project details including location advantages, pricing, offers, and amenities
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant project information
• Convince and schedule site visits for interested prospects
• Coordinate with the sales team for site visit planning and customer handling
• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM system
• Achieve monthly targets related to site visit conversions and qualified leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers through regular follow-ups
Required Skills
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to build interest and trust over phone conversations
• Good follow-up and relationship management ability
• Target-driven mindset with sales orientation
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in Real Estate Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Presales
• Experience in converting leads into site visits or meetings
• Candidates from real estate developers, property consultants, or channel partners preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in real estate sales can also apply
