Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers for our Domestic BPO – Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, explaining products/services, resolving customer queries, and ensuring excellent customer experience. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls professionally.
• Explain product and service details clearly over the phone.
• Maintain call records and update customer details in the system.
• Follow scripts and guidelines for effective communication.
• Work towards achieving call and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with team leads and report daily updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: HSC / Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication in Marathi & Hindi, with average English.
• Customer-focused, confident, and target-driven.
