Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Sales: Reach out to potential leads generated through online and offline channels, guide them through the process, and close sales for home healthcare services.
  • Patient & Family Engagement: Empathize and communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure a hassle-free experience and support quick recovery at home.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Continuously provide feedback and suggestions to optimize sales and operational processes.
  • Lead Generation: Explore and develop new channels for acquiring potential leads and expanding the customer base.
  • Post-Sales Customer Service: Maintain a patient-centric approach by providing excellent customer service even after sales closure.
